Kaia is a third year Geophysics major with the goal of teaching high school physics and earth science. They want to help kids from underrepresented minorities in STEM fields feel supported and empowered to pursue what they are passionate about. Outside of classes, they like to do whatever crafts they can get their hands on— be it embroidery, sewing, watercolor, or jewelry making. They also enjoy immersing themselves in sci-fi and fantasy worlds, and discussing them in the Queer Fandom Fanatics space which they facilitate.
