Bruin Bear

Prospective Students

We invite prospective students to consider taking part in Pride Achievement Weekend (PAW).

A student-initiated and led program, PAW gives new admits the opportunity to explore and experience Bruin life on campus and in the dorms, connect to on-campus resources available to you as a new admit and to learn more about the academic, professional, and social opportunities UCLA offers.

PAW pairs each admit with a volunteer student host who will act as a mentor and guide their admit through PAW and Bruin life! PAW allows new students to build a community here at UCLA before starting classes in the Fall.

For more information, visit the PAW website.
