UCLA's LGBTQ CRC hosts an annual Student Leadership Retreat to help emerging LGBTQ campus leaders further develop their leadership skills and expand their networks. By participating, students will gain confidence in their leadership abilities and be well positioned to take on leadership positions.

The Outreach Committee provides resources and support to the LGBTQ community at UCLA. Committee members have a presence at various events throughout the year, such as Bruin Day.
